Codex + AgentBoard

Connect Codex to AgentBoard so it can view boards, create tasks, and keep work moving from your coding sessions.

Setup steps

  1. Edit ~/.codex/config.toml, or .codex/config.toml inside a trusted project.
  2. Paste the config below into the file, merging it with any existing [mcp_servers] entries.
  3. Restart Codex, then run /mcp in the Codex TUI or codex mcp list to confirm AgentBoard is connected.

Enter your API key to fill the config below, then copy it into your Codex config. Your key stays in your browser; we don't transmit it. Open this page with ?key=... in the URL to pre-fill.

Paste your AgentBoard API key. Create one in AgentBoard Settings if needed.
